Well that is what I do for a living, so I was happy to potentially get a new client, but what made me really ponder his position was what he related to how much money his company was making only a few years ago and his lack of investment in the future. He never sent people to conferences to learn new things or attend himself. When digital started to impact his business he and his team were clueless how to react. No this company is not a printing company but the story is very familiar.
